First question from Laurie and she is wondering how to get clarity when she feels so unsure and has no idea what she should do or even wants. She’s unhappy and knows something needs to change but doesn’t know where to start. All she knows is there’s more and there’s something, how does she get there.
Next, Jessica is feeling anxious because of all the thoughts that are on repeat in her mind. She’s tried meditation and walking in the park but nothing is helping.
