I’m joined today by my dear friend and Mindfulness Expert, Catherine Divaris from Mind Potential. We’re talking about all things mindfulness. Stay with me here, I know that the word mindfulness can feel like such a big topic and quite frankly can sometimes feel intimidating. That’s why I wanted to have her on to really simplify it.
On today’s episode she shares how we can incorporate mindfulness into our daily life. Catherine helps us to understand it and then gives us some tangible, simple tools to enable us to infuse it into our lives.
Our intention for this episode is that you leave with a greater understanding and more importantly, feel empowered to start practicing mindfulness daily. It doesn’t have to be this big thing or something else to add to your to-do list, it can simply be a part of your day, like brushing your teeth.
In my experience, incorporating some sort of mindfulness practice is a game changer. So here’s to all of us having a beginner’s mind, in all we do, having more curiosity and acceptance and using mindfulness to better our lives and our wellbeing.
