One thing you may not know about me is that I’m super passionate about interior design. But here’s the thing I love a home to be beautiful AND be intentional, serving a greater purpose.
I actually ran another company for years, Intentional Spaces, where I worked with clients in their home.
I believe we can create an aesthetically pleasing space that’s also nurturing and supportive of our life and our goals.
Martha Beck once said, the way we describe our home is how we describe our psyche. I couldn’t agree more. I believe the outer is a reflection of the inner and vice versa. This is in life, relationships and our home.
Our home can either support our vision and emotional wellbeing or can hinder us.
To hear my personal story how cleaning out a closet shifted the trajectory of my life click here to listen when I was a guest on the Maximized Minimalist podcast.
And be sure to check out this past episode when I had decluttering expert Katy Wells to talk all things decluttering the home.
The great news is that once we’re aware of this it’s really easy to shift things.
Today’s episode is a solo one and I’m talking about the importance of our home and our space.
Cleaning up the home is the fastest way to shift your reality. It has the ability to move the energy.
Imagine being able to move from chaos to clarity or from overwhelm to movement. The home is a physical representation of our inner landscape.
Small changes can shift everything. Now, I’d love to hear from you, comment below and let me know, what are your biggest insights from this conversation, I’m excited for you to join me.
Have a beautiful week!
