Jen teaches her clients to pause, listen and then take action. I love this because I believe wholeheartedly in the wisdom of the body. We can all learn from this and it’s essential to tap into our own inner wisdom. There’s a lot of info out there and the body never lies and will always guide us.
One of the things I look at in my own life is receiving nourishment from food, allowing it to fuel my body and my life rather than numbing an emotion. I loved spending time with Jen and learning from her, I know you will too!
