This week I’m releasing a solo episode of Intentional Conversations. Something we don’t talk a lot about and frankly aren’t trained to feel the range of them, are emotions.
Emotions are the GPS of our soul and can be a guide and compass in our lives. The first step is getting comfortable and simply allowing ALL emotion.
When I started on this path of personal discovery over 10 years ago I realized how closed off I was to feeling any emotion other than happy. I know so many of you can relate. And this is a muscle I continue to build and work on. I’m better now than I was 2 years or 5 years ago and way better than I was 10 years ago.
I wanted to share some tips that work for me with the intention that you too can benefit.
Emotions are simply energy in motion and my hope is that all of us get comfortable with them in order to use them to show us what’s working and what’s not in order to experience more fulfillment, more purpose and more clarity.
