I recently read that the average person will stay committed to a goal for 12 days, you read that right, 12 days.
That got me curious why so many people don’t follow through on their commitments? I thought it would be a good time to share a video on commitment since we’re 6 weeks into the new year. Most of us start strong, full of hope and inspiration. My intention is that this episode will ignite something inside of you to rediscover your goals and commit to taking action no matter what! ?
